Transportation (From ARHS or NOHO)

 

 

Please register for transportation at the same time you register your camper for camp weeks. Pre-registration is required to use our transportation to/from camp. We cannot guarantee a spot if you arrive for transportation with registering. 

 

Please register your child/ren for each week you need transportation IN ADDITION TO registering them for each camp week. Take note that if you register your child for a 2-Week Camp, you'll need to register them for both weeks of transportation separately. 

 

Transportation is available on a first come, first served basis. Using this new registration model will allow us to equitably distribute spots on the bus across all day and 2-week camps. Transportation will show "WAIT LIST" when full.  Your children will ride in a bus or 15 person vans depending on the number of sign ups. 

 

Transportation is not available for the following camps: AET, Hike and Canoe, and Base Camp.

Summer registration will open to returning campers on January 15th. New camper registration will open on Monday, January 19th at 9:00 a.m. Please complete the on the CampDoc website.

Payment Policies

Please note that this coming year, listed prices include all fees. We highly encourage you to pay by personal check when possible; there is a coupon code to enter during registration to bypass credit card payments and avoid credit card fees, which go directly to the credit card companies. We welcome check payments and you can contact us for a payment plan or set one up with CampDoc if needed! 

 

We are trying to make Morse Hill accessible to more families, so we will use a sliding scale again this summer. In order to provide the best experience possible for campers and offer a fair wage to our staff, our sliding payment scale should more fairly distribute the cost of summer camp. All camps are listed at their base cost, with increases to the base cost based on self-attested income. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide a more equitable model for our families and community.

 

We have included many coupons to help you save money, such as paying early, paying with a personal check, multi camp discounts and sibling discounts. We also offer scholarships to families on a need basis. To apply, please reach us at summer@morsehill.com and our office staff will assist you in the application process.

 

Lastly, we ask for a 1/3 deposit so you do not have to pay so much up front. Payment in full is due 30 days ahead of camp start date.
