Tour of Morse Hill

This physically challenging program focuses on the High Ropes' climbing elements. Participants first scale low elements such as the Wall and the Horizontal Climbing Wall, then move on to the Rappel Tower, the Vertical Playpen and the Giant's Ladder. A gripping day for a physically ambitious group! Previous experience on the Low Ropes is required.

We begin this popular foundation program with activities such as Stepping Stones or Blindfold Fleece Ball. We then move on to the Low Ropes course where participants work on captivating group challenges such as the Mohawk Walk and the Whale Watch. These fun initiatives focus on problem solving and the skills necessary for effective teamwork. After each exercise participants reflect on their experience in an open discussion to help them understand their role in the group and how it affects their level of enjoyment and success. We often include the Flying Squirrel, a High Ropes element that emphasizes trust and cooperation. Here, each team member is hoisted into the air by teammates quickly to 30 feet or slowly to only 2 feet. Very exciting!
