Mountain Biking

Feel the wind whistle through your helmet as you cruise downhill; feel your muscles engage as you slowly maneuver up a difficult climb. Morse Hill uses miles of mountain bike trails, both on and off site, chosen to suit your group’s ability and desired level of difficulty. The picturesque terrain varies widely and includes challenging hill climbs, exhilarating descents, and stream crossings that riders love splashing through on hot days. We begin with a bike safety check and then discuss riding safety, etiquette, and technique. Before hitting the trail, riders gain skill and confidence as they take part in a series of drills to practice steering, balance, climbing/descending, and jumping logs. Helmets are worn at all times. Participants must bring provide their own mountain bike. No bike? No problem. We can direct you to local bike rental shops. Don’t know how to ride? Also no problem—our trained staff are happy to teach you to ride, even if you have never been on a bike before!
