Which way is North and why should you care? We teach your group members how to read a map and use a compass—basic navigation skills that they will remember for the rest of their lives. Once you know how to “put Red in the shed,” you’ll never get lost again! This program is combined with a scavenger hunt where participants put their new skills to work in a fun exploration. The scavenger hunt can be based around any of our exciting adventure activities from high ropes to raft building. After a day of leading themselves through the woods and helping others, participants will leave empowered and with valuable leadership skills. And there’s nothing as exciting as finding the final treasure at the end of the hunt—especially when you’ve worked hard using new skills to get there!
